About
Our Nannies
All Tyler Nanny Services candidates are citizens of the
United States, who have a strong background in childcare.
We only consider nannies who are at minimum high school
graduates, however many of our nannies are college educated.
We place individuals of all ages (over 18 years old)
Live-out nannies are generally recruited from the
Tyler area, while nannies who wish to live-in are recruited
from other parts of the United States.
A prospective nanny is asked to fill out an application
and provide us with at least 3 professional and 3
personal reference contacts. These references represent
a wide spectrum of applicant's background, experience,
and qualifications.
Before Tyler Nanny Services will recommend
a prospective, we review the completed application, interview
the candidate and check references by telephone. This
allows us to determine if the individual is responsible,
highly motivated, warm, and nurturing.
Tyler Nanny Services has contracted a national security
organization to conduct a criminal history search, driving
history search, and social security trace.
We ask the nanny to complete an Infant and Child CPR course
prior to her employment.
