Our Fees We take our commitment to families seriously and because of our commitment we strive to make access to quality care affordable. TEMPORARY FEES

Annual Membership Fee……………………$200/annually
The annual membership fee applies to all temporary service options. The annual fee covers all screening, interviewing, and training. This fee will be applied and automatically charged annually on the date of signing of the contract.

Unlimited…………..…………………………..…$50/month
The unlimited service provides a custom list of nannies and their contact information to the client so that the client can call the nanny directly at their convenience. There is a 6 month commitment when signing up for the unlimited plan.

Premier……………………………………….….…$20/visit
The premier service is designed to take the work out of booking a nanny. Call, text, or email us with the time and location you need a nanny, and we take care of the rest. There are no minimum visits or minimum commitment time.

Additional Nanny (per visit)……………….$15/visit
Sometimes, one nanny is not enough. With both unlimited and premier, if you need a second nanny, or more, it will be an additional $15 per nanny, per visit.

Night Nanny………………………………………$30/visit
Night nannies, or night nurses, can be invaluable with a newborn. Night nannies are available for overnight assistance and have extensive newborn experience. The average pay for a night nanny is typically $17-$20 hourly. Night nannies can also be requested on a long-term basis. See our permanent services for more information.

Out of Town Guest/ Hotel Sitter………………………………………$35/visit
Great for freeing up the adults for a special night on the town or other adult activities. There is no permanent fee for this service.

PERMANENT FEES

Application Fee………………………….……..$250
The application fee applies to all permanent or long-term assignments. The one-time application fee covers the time taken to review the client's application and arranging the interviews between the nannies and clients. This fee will be waived if the permanent fee is paid in full initially.

Permanent Placement……………………….$2500
The one-time permanent placement fee allows the client to have their own personal nanny without the need to contact the agency. The fee covers all the expenses of thorough screening and interviewing of permanent nanny applicants. A nanny placement guarantee is included which allows one permanent replacement in the first 6 months, if necessary. One year of temporary service is also included with a permanent placement at no additional cost.

Summer Nanny……………………………….$500
Summer nannies are available to families who are in need of childcare assistance during the summer months during the school break. This fee applies to a one-time placement of a nanny for the course of approximately three months. If childcare assistance is needed for longer than the expected time, the fee can be applied to a permanent placement.

Night Nanny………………………………..…$1000
Night nannies, or night nurses, can be invaluable with a newborn. Night nannies are available for overnight assistance and have extensive newborn experience. The average pay for a night nanny is typically $17-$20 hourly. This fee applies to a one-time placement of a nanny for the course of approximately three months. If childcare assistance is needed for longer than the expected time, the fee can be applied to a permanent placement. Night nannies can also be requested on a daily basis. • Fees apply for first 1-3 children. An additional fee of $1 per hour will be charged for each additional child.
• 2 hour minimum will be charged for members.  Non members will be charged a 4 hour minimum
• Client will compensate the nanny at a rate of time and a half for any jobs which fall on these days - New Year's Eve (after 5 p.m.), New Year's Day, Valentine's Day (after 5 p.m.), Good Friday, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Gratuities: Nannies are customarily paid a gratuity for excellent service and as holiday bonuses.

Salaries for nannies vary, based on the skills you need and the services they provide. It is up to you, as the employer, to negotiate a rate directly with the nanny. You define the position and the salary range you would like to offer. Typically, nannies are not paid by the hour, unless part time or temporary. A good range to estimate your costs would be between $10-$20 per hour.
