My husband and I were at a loss for childcare, and therefore unable to go various places and vacation alone. A friend told me about you, and I was unsure if I was comfortable with trusting my children to people I didn't really know.

I invited you over to visit with me, and after two hours of questions and dialogue, realized this was going to be the perfect answer for us. You were no longer people I didn't know.

You reassured me that my interests for my children would be first and foremost when picking sitters and my wishes with them would be kept. Sitters came that met our individual family's needs. You try so hard to match us well. You also have followed up every time I have had a sitter to see how it went.

My kids have been happy, and without you, my husband and I would have been unable to get the much needed breaks we need with 3 children and take two vacations alone.

I first started using Tyler Nanny Service a few years ago when I was living at my sister's house and both of us were sick with a stomach bug along with my parents. We were desperate for help getting my then 20 month old and 2 year old girls fed and to bed. I called them up and within 40 minutes we had someone at here and we live 20 minutes from Tyler. Since that time I have used them many times especially when I am going to be late or need someone for a full day.

I try to contact them well in advance but sometime things come up quickly and I don't have but a day notice. They always come through. In the summer of 2010 I contracted with the service to have someone at my house every Wed from 9 to 5 so I could do things without my girls. They made sure the person they sent was the same one each week. The young lady would take the girls outside and play until lunch, feed them lunch and play games with them all afternoon. She didn't let them just sit in front of the TV as some of the teen-agers tend to do. She also made them clean up when they were finished playing something I have a hard time getting them to do.

I have recommended Tyler Nanny Service too many people most of which don't even realize Tyler has such a service. I have not had a bad sitter and will continue to use them as long as they are around. My girls who are now 4 and 5 love when they come because they know they are going to be the center of attention the whole time they are there.

Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how happy we are with Tyler Nanny Service. As you know with no family in the area I was looking for someone that I could rely on when it came to child care. I was also concerned with 4 boys ranging in age from 8 years old -6 weeks (11-3 now) that I needed someone a little older and more experienced than you average high school girl. Your service has helped with all those issues. You are always the one to help me. I love that I am directly working with the owner and you never tell me "No". You are easy to reach either by phone, email or text and you always make me feel that I am the only client that you have. I feel like getting me the right nanny for my boys is always important to you. You still touch base with me after we have someone new to our family to make sure that the boys and I were happy. The girls that you hire are wonderful!!! They are on time, reliable and very sweet. They play with the boys and do what the kids want to. We have had nannies play football, walk to the creek and even get involved with a water balloon fight. Where else could I find this???
