The Screening
Process
Tyler Nanny Services' screening process begins when you
complete and submit the application form including providing
us with at least 3 professional and 3
personal reference contacts. We then review the completed
application and check your references
by telephone. The next step is the personal interview
in our office. Then we begin the placement process.
Our screening
process is thorough. It allows our agency and our families
to be confident in you. Our screening process covers:
- Criminal Background Check
- Driving Record Check
- Social Security Trace
- Sex Offender Check
- Past Address Search
- Credit Check (upon family's request)
- Reference checks - including interviews past employers
to determine competence and character.
Tyler Nanny Services has contracted a national security
organization to conduct a criminal history search, driving
history search, and social security trace. you have
been offered a and accepted notify Tyler nanny Services.
Once you have been offered and have accepted a position
we will submit a request for the above searches to be processed.
We ask the nanny to complete an Infant and Child CPR course
prior to her employment.
Tyler Nanny Services conducts personal interviews
with our placement agents and individual families
to determine which family is best suited for all our nannies.
